Prosecuting an online defamation case is a long and expensive process. The Chamber can spend months just trying to force the paper to disclose the identity of the blogger - that assumes that the blogger ever used his personal information when registering. Afterward, they will have to sue the individual for defamation and prove that he knew or had a reason to know that the information was false.
